Carriages 5344 cafe is set inside a restored original 1967 GWRRailway Carriage. It is a welcome refreshment stop mid point on the Stratford Greenway at Milcote Picnic Area. Carriages 5344 has a sister cafe called Carriages 34644 at the Stratford end of The Greenway. These quirky Cafes serve a variety of refreshments, including a hearty all day breakfast. There is also, a wide range of vegetarian options available. As well as being popular with walkers and cyclists, definitely worth a visit on a sunny day.

What is it?

Like stepping onto the set of Goodnight Sweetheart, The Fourteas Tea Room is styled as just that – a tea room from the 1940s, complete with original memorabilia, quirky staff uniforms and menus in the form of ration books which give a nod to the theatrical background of the owners, Ian and Rachael, former stage managers for the RSC.
