    We went to The Golden Cross last minute to meet friends. The place was very busy and the service although a little slow was OK – forgiveable in the circumstances. I opted for the fish & Chips – something I’ve never had before! But as I’m trying to not order the same thing all the time I thought I’d give it a go. I was very impressed – good food and good service – will be coming back.

    I have been to The Loft House restaurant twice and absolutely recommend it to anyone. A lovely warm romantic feel to the place.. easy and comfortable. I would like thank the staff Mark and Chris for great hospitality. The food is really something else, I eat out 2..3 time a week this definitely takes the cherry! Perfect! Great food!! Well done to the chef Rafal. Keep up the great work guys! Troy and Sonja

    My husband and I took our baby in with us today for lunch. They were really welcoming,even though I got the impression we had the only high chair (and there were no obvious changing facilities). We ordered from the 'light lunch' menu. My husband had the meatballs (which he really enjoyed)- but be aware it is a small portion. I had the chicken sandwich and fries which was REALLY REALLY good. It was beautifully presented, very tasty and with a very imaginative salad garnish. I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and the friendly waiter service just added to the whole experience. Would DEFINITELY go back.
